Please help me with purchasing a green Ural on Avito

Hello! After a long search, I've finally found a green Ural to add to my collection.
The only problem is that it's on Avito, and I can't create an account without a Russian phone number.
I think it's in pretty good condition, here's a link to the listing on Avito: [link]
If there are any forum members who could help me purchase this green Ural and post it to Australia I'd be happy to pay them $$$ for their efforts!

Hi bushranger, the complete set, excluding the tremolo lever.Welcome to Soviet Guitars!The ad states that the seller does not ship to other cities.Come in more often, maybe someone on our forum from the city of Chita will respond and help you
